Padelclub Hem

A club that comes to life when players arrive
Padelclub Hem brings sport and a welcoming atmosphere together in a former bulb barn. The venue has six padel courts, three tennis courts and a sports café.
Players should be able to use the club independently without losing that atmosphere. Eventlogic connects KNLTB Meet & Play bookings to access, lighting and audio.
From arrival to the final ball, the technology responds to bookings and actual use.
Independent play, with the atmosphere of a staffed club
Padelclub Hem offers more than a court. Friends, teams and companies visit for padel, tennis, lessons, events and a drink afterwards. Shuffleboard and pétanque add to the experience off the court.
The venue also serves as a showroom for Allesvoorpadel, demonstrating how courts, lighting and automation create a complete club experience.

Three areas of expertise, one club
At Padelclub HEM, Allesvoorpadel, Sportverlichting and Eventlogic come together to create a fully automated sports venue. Allesvoorpadel designed and built the padel courts, and Sportverlichting equipped them with high-quality lighting that Eventlogic controls automatically based on bookings. For each court, the lights switch on and off at exactly the right time, providing an optimal playing experience, minimizing manual operation and using energy efficiently.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about smart building control
How can booking data be used for building control?
Booking data can be used as smart input for various automations within a sports facility. By linking bookings to building systems, a venue can respond automatically to the planned court occupancy. Think of lighting that switches automatically, energy management that is tuned to expected usage and access control that can respond to bookings. This creates a venue that works more efficiently, needs less manual management and matches actual usage better.
How does automatic lighting based on court bookings work?
By linking booking data to the lighting, courts switch on and off automatically at the right moments. As a result, lighting is only on when needed and staff do not have to operate it manually.
Read more about Smart LightingCan access control be linked to bookings?
Yes, access control can be linked to bookings. Visitors can then be given access automatically based on a valid booking, while staff have fewer manual tasks to carry out. This is more convenient for visitors and even makes it possible to be open without staff on site.
Read more about Smart AccessWhich systems can be linked to booking data?
Booking data can be linked to various systems within a sports facility. Think of lighting, energy management, access control, presence detection and other forms of smart building control. Which links are possible depends on the systems present and the automation you want.
Does smart building control only work with KNLTB Meet & Play?
No. Smart building control does not depend on one specific booking system. Besides KNLTB Meet & Play, we can also link other software systems and use them as input for automations.
View the overview of all IntegrationsDo you also need a good ICT foundation for smart building control?
Yes. Smart building control works best when the underlying ICT infrastructure is set up well. A stable network makes sure the booking system, thanks to Eventlogic's integration, can work reliably and securely with systems such as lighting, energy management and access control. By aligning automation and ICT, you get one future-proof solution.
Would you like the underlying ICT taken care of as well as the smart building control? Through our sister company Reset we can provide both, so you have one point of contact for automation and ICT.
What does smart building control deliver for sports facilities?
Smart building control makes sure the different technologies in a sports facility, such as lighting, access control, audio, climate and energy management, work together smartly and can be managed centrally. Thanks to our link with the booking system, these systems can also be controlled automatically based on bookings.
This leads to less manual management, smarter energy use, lower (operating) costs and more convenience for visitors and staff.
