A busy evening: a higher reserve
Many courts booked? Lighting and building use need more energy. The EMS keeps a larger reserve. Only energy above that reserve is available for export.
SmartClub G1 add-on
From a fixed to a dynamic battery reserve.
A fixed battery reserve holds energy back even when your club does not need it. SmartClub G1 connects your bookings to the energy management system, allowing the reserve to follow scheduled demand. This makes more energy available to export at favourable tariffs.

Reserve more energy when bookings are busy and less when they are quiet. Not the same fixed minimum every day.
Energy that does not need to be reserved for your club can be exported when tariffs are favourable.
Add booking information to your battery's own energy controls and improve the opportunities for returns and a shorter payback.
What the data connection adds
A battery system can already charge and discharge independently based on generation and tariffs. What is missing is your club's booking schedule. With that information, the EMS can establish how much energy needs to be held for upcoming playing hours. A fixed reserve becomes a dynamic reserve: an extra optimisation on top of existing battery control.
SmartClub G1 retrieves the schedule automatically. New bookings, changes and cancellations are included through the supported software integration.
Booked courts and spaces are linked to their configured energy needs. G1 gives the EMS expected demand for upcoming playing hours, including lighting and climate systems.
The EMS matches the battery reserve to expected demand. Energy above this dynamic reserve can be exported at favourable tariffs. The EMS carries out control within the agreed limits.
From a fixed minimum to a dynamic reserve
A fixed reserve keeps the same amount of energy unavailable for export, regardless of how busy the club will be. Booking information lets the EMS adjust that minimum. On a quiet evening the reserve can be lower, releasing more stored energy for export. When bookings are busy, the system keeps more energy available for the club.
Many courts booked? Lighting and building use need more energy. The EMS keeps a larger reserve. Only energy above that reserve is available for export.
Few courts booked? The required reserve can be lower. Energy that a fixed minimum would have held back can now be exported at favourable tariffs. This helps generate more revenue from the same battery.
More energy available at the right time
An independent battery system can already identify favourable charging and export times. A dynamic reserve adds something else: more energy available to sell at those times. Your booking schedule helps avoid holding back energy that your club will not need.
Use solar energy directly where needed. Surplus can charge the battery if capacity is available.
The EMS uses expected demand from bookings to establish how much stored energy needs to remain available for the club.
Energy above the dynamic reserve can be exported at favourable tariff times, where the installation and contract allow it.
The agreed energy remains available for booked playing hours. New bookings and changes give the EMS a reason to adjust the reserve again.
Favourable prices are not guaranteed. The EMS also needs to consider export conditions, energy losses, battery wear and the costs of the installation and integration.
Matched to your situation
Eventlogic does not supply solar panels or battery systems. We connect your booking schedule to the EMS through SmartClub G1 and coordinate the setup with your installer or EMS supplier. This can serve an existing installation or a new energy project.
View all integrationsWe check whether your club software provides the required bookings and whether the EMS can receive and use expected demand. Not every battery or inverter can be connected directly.
Together we establish energy needs for courts and spaces, safety margins, and battery and connection limits. Flexible loads such as EV chargers can only participate if the technology supports it.
Usage, generation, battery capacity, power and your energy contract determine the opportunities. We discuss integration and costs for your situation without promising fixed savings or payback periods.
A battery system can already respond to generation and tariffs. The booking connection adds knowledge of scheduled club use. This lets the EMS replace a fixed battery reserve with a dynamic one. Energy not needed for upcoming bookings becomes available for favourable exports. The EMS remains responsible for control.
Extra export revenue can improve returns and shorten payback. A dynamic reserve makes more energy available than a fixed minimum at quiet times. Actual revenue depends on occupancy, your installation, tariffs, export conditions and costs; there is no fixed payback period for every club.
No. G1 uses the supported club software integration. New bookings, changes and cancellations require a working connection. If data is missing or outdated, the EMS needs to fall back to agreed safe settings; we coordinate this during setup.
Not to make scheduled demand visible. Even without dynamic tariffs, the schedule can help align solar generation and storage with use. Price-based charging or exporting does require a suitable contract and EMS.
Expected demand can help the EMS prepare for peaks and shift flexible loads. This does not create additional grid capacity or guarantee that every court can always operate. Opportunities depend on connection power, the battery, connected controls and agreed priorities.
Add a dynamic reserve to your energy management. Together with your installer or EMS supplier, we assess how the booking connection can create more room for favourable energy exports.
