Good to know about controls and apps
Do I need dedicated hardware for control?
No. The app works on standard smartphones and tablets (iOS and Android) and in the web browser. For a permanent club station, an optional touch terminal is available.
What happens if internet connectivity drops?
SmartClub G1 stores the active schedule locally at the club. Automated lighting and access continue uninterrupted. Only remote control from outside the facility requires an active internet connection.
Can multiple people use the app simultaneously?
Yes. You can create multiple user accounts with distinct permissions. The manager can configure all settings, while bar staff can only control court lights and clubhouse areas.
Can we reuse an existing tablet?
Yes. An existing iPad or Android tablet works perfectly behind the bar or reception desk to display the interactive map continuously.
